Some essential pieces of information
- Swallow Cottage is not on a single level, there are 2 steps between the kitchen and lounge and 2 more between the lounge and bedroom/bathroom corridor.
- Changeovers take place on both Fridays and Mondays during low and mid season.
- During peak seasons, bookings are required for a minimum of 7 days, change overs will be on a Friday.
- Absolutely no smoking and vaping is allowed inside the cottage.
- One well-behaved dog is allowed. While we adore our canine friends, we request our guests ensure that their dog doesn’t use the beds and sofas during their stay. We ensure your dog has its own bowl and towels, so please don’t use ones that are for humans.
- A security deposit of £150 will be charged upon booking, and it will be refunded within 30 days if there is no damage to the property or its contents during our guests’ stay.
